We are at 115 Worcester Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch.
Our four-star boutique hotel located in the city of Ōtautahi Christchurch. Surrounding with the city’s key location and sites, including Cathedral Square, New Regent st, Riverside Market and the public bus interchanges.
Hotel 115 does not operate our own shuttle service. However, we are more than happy to book via an external supplier for you. Airport transfer to or from Christchurch Airport (CHC) start from NZD$25 per person each way, please contact us for the possible arrangements.

Reception hours is between 7am to 9pm daily. For guest arriving after 9pm, a Self-check-in is required via a mobile app link, kindly see SELF CHECK-IN | Hotel 115 | Hotel 115 for more.
Standard check-in time is from 2pm and the latest check-out time is 11am. If any early check-in or late check-out is required, please contact us for the possible arrangements.
Yes, that can be arranged. The front desk will hold them for the day. Note that you will have to collect them by 9pm on the same day.
Yes, as a hotel guest over 18 years old can use the Heritage Health Club located across the street at the Heritage Government Building. It has a gym, indoor pool, spa and steam. Opening between 6am to 10pm daily. Kindly get the access key at reception, we have two keys share to everyone.
Yes, we have on-site parking available, with two parking options – open parking or secured basement parking (height max.1.8m), both parking fee is NZD$30 per vehicle, per day and is subject to availability. Please come to the reception for check-in and get your parking pass, there is P10 parking space right outside the hotel reception.
Bathtub is only available for request in the Superior Queen Room. Kindly make your request known during the booking process.
We have an internal guest elevator from hotel reception to hotel rooms on level 1 and level 2, while the basement elevator located at the end of the hotel corridor on level 1 and level 2, the basement elevator doesn’t connecting to the hotel reception (If guest is going down to the basement carpark from reception, kindly use the internal elevator to level 1 or 2 and walk to the basement elevator).
We can split the king bed into 2 single beds in our Budget/Superior King/Deluxe King /Premium Deluxe King and Mayfair Suite. Kindly make your request known during the booking process.
A maximum occupancy applies, depending on the room type. We offer a rollaway bed at NZD$75 per night and must be requested at the time of your reservation or booking. Double Room and Queen Room cannot accommodate a rollaway bed.
We have limited baby cots available for rental, the fee is NZD$20 per night and must be requested at the time of your reservation or booking. Tell us the gender of the infant for themed beddings.
There is a safety deposit box in every guest room.

Except for the Standard Double and Budget Room, all other room types have the space for an office desk and chair.
Dry cleaning and valet laundry services are available at Hotel 115.
A valet laundry service is provided daily start at $30NZD for 1-3 kilos, $40NZD for 4-5 kilos, 6-10 kilos $60NZD. Please bring your laundry bag to Reception before lunchtime for return by 8 pm.
A high-quality dry cleaning service is provided every day except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Please bring your laundry bag and price list (located in your room) to Reception before 8am for return by 4.30pm.
Only Deluxe King Room can be requested in accessible room.
There’s no guarantee for any special request such as quiet room, bathtub room, balcony room, same floor etc. Our team will always try to accommodate your special request to their best of its abilities subject to availability.
Absolutely no. The entire hotel including the balcony are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the hotel we must charge a NZD$300 smoking fee to the guaranteed credit card.
Our modification and cancellation terms vary per rate plan or promotion booked. Please refer to the reservation policies while you are making your reservation. These can be found during the booking process from your booking platform and in your reservation confirmation.
We accept credit cards (VISA, Master and Amex), cash and bank transfer for direct booking. For third party booking site please refer to the booking process from your booking platform.
For non-refundable/Advance Purchase bookings, full prepayment will be charged on the credit card at the time of booking. No cancellation or amendment will be permitted. For flexible 48 hours bookings, we will charge the credit card for the full amount 48 hours prior arrival.
All credit card transactions will be subject to the credit card transaction fee of 3%.
You may settle charges via bank transfer and at the same time we will need a credit card detail to serve as guarantee of payment. Pre-authorization hold will be released once the payment is received.
