Our large beautifully appointed air-conditioned Deluxe King rooms offer a split king-sized bed with a large en-suite bathroom. There is an air exhaust in all our Deluxe King Rooms.

The Deluxe King-sized bed can be set as one single king or split to make two single beds. A roll-away bed can be added for a 3rd person (subject to charge).

Hotel 115 has a non-smoking policy. This means guests cannot smoke in the rooms and the balconies.
